How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. All delivery timeframes shown are estimates and begin after dispatch.
How long does it take to process my order?
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (where available).
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate/update after dispatch. If it hasn't been updated after that, contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
This depends on the options shown at checkout. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you. If not, email us at dripreclaimed@gmail.com and we’ll confirm.
Will I have to pay customs/import fees?
For international orders, customs duties/taxes may apply. These fees are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before the order has been dispatched. We process orders quickly, so changes/cancellations are not guaranteed. Email us ASAP at dripreclaimed@gmail.com with your order number.
I entered the wrong address—what can I do?
Contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to update it. If it has shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
My order says “delivered” but I don’t have it—what should I do?
First, check:
- Safe places around your property
- Neighbours/household members
- Any building reception/parcel room
Then contact the courier with your tracking number. If you still can’t locate it, email us at dripreclaimed@gmail.com and we’ll assist where possible.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or customs. If your tracking hasn’t moved for several days, contact us and we’ll help you look into it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
No. Please review sizing info carefully before ordering. If you have a sizing question, email us before purchasing.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. If there is an issue caused by us (wrong item sent, missing item, or a verified defect on arrival), contact us and we will review and resolve it on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution may include a replacement or store credit (subject to availability). Refunds are not guaranteed.
What if you sent me the wrong item/size?

- Clear photos of what you received (including labels/packaging)

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue and packaging. We’ll assess and resolve it.
What if an item is missing from my order?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and what’s missing. We’ll investigate.
What if I wore/washed the item and noticed an issue after?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. We may not be able to help with issues reported after the 48-hour window or after the item has been worn/washed.
