ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review all photos, product details, and sizing information carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase on Drip Reclaimed, you acknowledge and agree that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
No Returns / No Refunds
Due to the nature of our business (limited releases and high-demand products), all purchases are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong size, colour, or style
- Items that don’t fit as expected
- Not reading the product description or size details
- Shipping delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession

- Confirm your size before ordering

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders (Contact Us Within 48 Hours)
Even though we do not accept returns or provide refunds, if there’s an issue caused by us—such as:
- You received the wrong item, or
- Your item arrived damaged/defective, or
- Your order is missing an item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.

- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion (based on stock availability and the situation). We do not guarantee refunds.
Shipping & Carrier Issues
Once your order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery timing. Drip Reclaimed is not responsible for:
- Delays in transit
- Packages marked “delivered” but not received
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
If you believe your package is lost or misdelivered, contact us at dripreclaimed@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim or locate the package, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
Cancellations / Order Changes
Orders are processed quickly. After an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes (including address changes). Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

We may update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to your order.
