Drip Reclaimed operates out of the United Kingdom. Shipping rates to your address are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service—no hidden fees, ever.

 

PROCESSING & DISPATCH:

We aim to get your drip out the door as fast as possible. Processing times can vary depending on order volume, product availability, and holidays. Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in confirmations are estimates only and begin after your order has been dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email update with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers, not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.


DELIVERY & RESPONSIBILITY:

The product becomes your responsibility as soon as it is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Ownership of the product transfers to you only after we have received full payment and the item has been delivered.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For customers outside the UK, please be aware:

- Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your destination country.

- International shipments may take longer depending on location and customs clearance.


ADDRESS ACCURACY:

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at dripreclaimed@gmail.com within 1 hour—we cannot guarantee changes after this window.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your tracking shows as delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and your local courier depot. Drip Reclaimed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to your address. For high-value orders, we recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring a signature.
